An LCD panel, an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) having the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture the LCD by using a protection member having a cut unit, thereby reducing the number of protection members and accordingly reducing a process cost and the number of processes. An LCD unit(110) has an effective display area for displaying images, and an ineffective display area disposed in a peripheral area of the effective display area. A protection member(120) is disposed in an outer surface of the LCD unit, and comprises a first protection unit(120a), a second protection unit(120b) and a cut unit(120c). The first protection unit is corresponding to the effective display area. The second protection unit is corresponded to the ineffective display area. The cut unit is formed between the first and second protection units. |
