<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thorough medical examination use application system using a computer network that includes all the medical institution information provision, thorough medical examination information provision, examination application and cancellation/change methods, and the like for a thorough medical examination provided within an organization such as a company. <P>SOLUTION: This thorough medical examination use application system is a through medical examination application system provided within a predetermined organization which comprises; a management server installed in a service center; at least one applicant terminal installed in each establishment and networked to the management server; and at least one medical institution terminal installed in each medical institution and networked to the management server. The management server has at least a dedicated server, an authentication data file, an examination application data file, a medical institution data file and other data files.
