PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reserve tank mounting structure having the rigidity which does not interfere with brake fluid filling work or the like and capable of mitigating an impact when the impact is applied to the structure, and preventing any trouble on the operation of a brake. SOLUTION: The reserve tank mounting structure stores a brake fluid to be fed to a master cylinder 14, and is mounted to a bracket 30 fixed to a wall surface 24a of an engine room 24 via a fastening part 32 at the forward position (an arrow A) from the master cylinder 14 inside the engine room 24 of a vehicle 16 while being covered by a bonnet 26. The fastening part 32 displaces a reserve tank 10 when the load of the predetermined value or more is applied to the reserve tank 10 in the direction of gravity, and maintains the predetermined height to the master cylinder 14 even after the displacement.
