PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an easily degradable resin as the resin used for coating particulates containing biologically-active substances. SOLUTION: This easily-degradable resin is a urethane resin obtained by reacting an aromatic polyisocyanate and a polyol having the molecular weight of 300-5,000. The polyol includes polycaprolactone polyol and hydroxyfatty acid ester represented by general formula (I) (wherein X is -CH<SB>2</SB>-CH<SB>2</SB>- or -CH=CH-; n is 1, 2 or 3; m is 0, 1 or 2; n+m is 2 or 3; when n+m is 2, A is 2-8C alkane-di-yl and n+m is 3, A is 3-8C alkane-tri-yl).
