A method for manufacturing a sound-proof board sheet is provided to improve physical properties and air-permeability of the sound-proof board sheet, thereby preventing layers from being separated at a contact surface between a plaster part and the sheet. A sound-proof board sheet is manufactured by forming a sheet(10) of pulp or old paper, and cutting and bending the sheet. The sheet has a bottom portion(11), a wall surface portion(12), and an upper surface portion(13) such that the sheet encloses a square-shaped plaster part(20). The sheet is formed of 50-95% of pulp or old paper and 50-5% of cotton fiber, rayon fiber, or synthetic fiber, wherein the sheet has a weight of 150-180 g/m^2. |
