FIELD: railway transport; track machines. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manually operated track mechanisms designed for repair and maintenance of track, particularly, to devices for demounting of clamp rail fastenings type APC. Proposed device for removing monoregulators of elastic clamp rail fastenings has lever with support and grip turning relative to lever. Lever support is made in form of roller turnable relative to lever and arranged on orthogonal projection on end of lever to engage with transient surface between rail neck and head. Grip is provided with fork-recess of curvilinear outline on end for engagement with members of monoregulator as slider relative to clamp and eye of fastening anchor. ^ EFFECT: simplified design, possibility of holding monoregulator at its removing. ^ 4 dwg
