<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system that accurately detects an abnormal cell in which flooding occurs, when a fuel cell is ordinarily operated or when stack abnormality is inspected in a fuel cell stack manufacturing stage, to provide a fuel cell stack abnormality inspection device, and to provide a fuel cell stack abnormality judging method. <P>SOLUTION: A temperature of a fuel cell stack is cooled to a temperature lower than that during normal operation.
