<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disengage a disengagement side engagement element in speed reduction of a vehicle in an automatic transmission for a vehicle implementing a plurality of gear stages different in gear ratio by selectively engaging a plurality of engagement elements and a one-way clutch, and to reduce a shock in a shift furthermore in a transmission control device for an automatic transmission for a vehicle performing a shift by changing the state of the one-way clutch from a disengaged state to an engaged state. <P>SOLUTION: The control device has a synchronous engagement pressure correcting means for correcting engagement pressure of the disengagement side engagement element to be increased by a first predetermined quantity before synchronization of the shift, in the shift performed by releasing the disengagement side engagement element and engaging the one-way clutch. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
