PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic circuit of a work vehicle which can supply a delivery capacity of one variable displacement pump preferentially to a brake clutch-circuit and control the capacity control of the variable displacement pump in response to the highest load pressure out of a steering circuit, working device circuit, and to provide the brake crutch circuit. SOLUTION: A brake-clutch oil path 57 is branched from a delivery oil-path 51 of the variable displacement pump 1 to provide a flow-control circuit 35, and oil paths 58, 59 are branched from an oil path 57a downstream of the flow-control circuit 35. A restrictor 63 is provided in the oil path 58 to which a brake circuit 33 is connected. A clutch circuit 34 is connected to the oil path 59. The capacity of the variable displacement pump 1 is controlled in response to the highest load pressure out of load pressure of the brake clutch circuit 19 in the downstream of the flow-control circuit 35, load pressure of the steering circuit 22, and load pressure of the working device circuit 21.
