<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell structure part and a fuel battery facilitating manufacture. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell structure part used for a fuel battery and the fuel battery containing the fuel cell structure part are disclosed. The fuel cell structure part (4) has a tubular fuel unit cell (6) and a supporting plate (12) through which one end (6a) of the fuel unit cell passes and to which it is fixed. The fuel unit cell (6) has an inside electrode layer (16), an outside electrode layer (20), and an electrolyte layer (18) interposed between those electrode layers, and also has an inside electrode exposing peripheral surface (16a) with the inside electrode layer (16) exposed on the outer peripheral surface of one end (6a). One end (6a) of the fuel unit cell (6) and the supporting plate (12) are sealed and fixed with a conductive sealant (32).
