摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode for a solid oxide fuel cell having a large amount of three-phase interfaces and further, a solid oxide fuel battery cell having a high durability. <P>SOLUTION: A composite particle powder is obtained by carrying out an atomization thermal decomposition process in which spray liquid containing a raw material metal salt of amorphous metal-oxide precursor of two kinds or more or spray liquid containing metal-oxide particulates of an average particle size of 0.01-0.3 &mu;m and a raw material metal salt of amorphous metal oxide precursor is sprayed in a heating furnace of 300-900&deg;C to obtain the composite particle powder.
