A machine for producing a corrugated cardboard web lined at least on one side has a pressing device, which has a tension roller for guiding a pressing belt. The tension roller is formed from a core and an outer jacket surrounding the said core. The core and the outer jacket are connected to one another only in the region of their longitudinal centre and are respectively separated from one another towards their outer ends by an annular space.
