<p>An ecological flush-free toilet and an excrement and urine treatment apparatus and a microbial agent for the ecological flush-free toilet, the excrement and urine treatment apparatus includes a temporarily storing case (1), a scraping means (2), a ferment case (3), and a mechanism gearing (4). The temporarily storing case (1) has an opening (11) on its upper portion corresponding to the bottom of a squatting pan(5). The temporarily storing case (1) is communicated with the ferment case (3). The excrement and urine in the temporarily storing case (1) are pushed into the ferment case (3) by the scraping means (2). The microbial agent is held in the ferment case (3). There is a stirrer (31) coupled to the mechanism gearing (4) inside the ferment case (3).
