<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power back door of a vehicle with good appearance without exposing the connection part of the back door and the connection rod of a drive unit or its surroundings. <P>SOLUTION: In this power back door 2 automatically opened/closed by the drive unit, the front end of the connection rod 64 of the drive unit 6 is connected to the inner circumferential surface 22 of a door frame 21 surrounding the door window opening 20 of the back door 2. In the connection section of the door frame 21 and the connection rod 64, an opening 30 opening to the vehicle inner side is formed in a door garnish 3 covering the inner circumferential surface 22 of the door frame 21. Between the inner circumferential surface 22 and the door garnish 3, a space 50 communicated with the opening 30 is formed, and the front end of the connection rod 64 is connected to the inner circumferential surface 22 of the door frame 21 in the space 50, thereby covering the connection part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
