PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new software part providing system, capable of adding a function such as log output or performance measuring processing while ensuring the quality. SOLUTION: A providing part formation part 13 acquires each part from a use part database 15 and an additive part database 17 based on use part information and additive part information acquired in a use part retrieval part 11 and an additive part selection part 12 to form a providing part. Information of the providing part is stored in a providing part information management repository 18, and the providing part is stored in a providing part database 19. Further, reflection of the information of the providing part information management repository 18 to a use part information management repository 14 enables reuse of the providing part.
