Systemic product, for preparing an individually-customized and optimized vitamin-containing product for supplementing diets, comprises (a) vitamin-containing product; (b) one or more groups as substances or its mixtures as components, where at least one substance should contain at least two different components; (c) individually-customized and multi-component systemic product; (d) at least an ingredient, which is a vitamin and/or its derivative; (e) additional ingredients e.g. minerals, proteins and enzymes and (f) at least two basic nutrients or basic substances. Systemic product (Q), for preparing an individually-customized and optimized vitamin-containing product for supplementing the diet, comprises (a) vitamin-containing product, which is obtained from the systemic product in a manner specific to the individual, after the diagnosis and/or identification of the dietary state of the individual; (b) one or more groups as substances or its mixtures as components, where at least one substance should contain at least two different components; (c) individually-customized and multi-component systemic product in the final form is obtained from the substance by a special selection of the individual components of the systemic product, where the selection of each substance is based on individually examining whether one or more components from the substance are worthy to be considered for the vitamin-containing product, preferably exactly one component is chosen from each substance; (d) at least an ingredient, which is a vitamin and/or its derivative; (e) additional ingredients, which are minerals, proteins, protein derivatives, enzymes and/or coenzymes, plant and animal fats, oils, fatty acids, secondary plant substances, other nutritionally valuable physiological substances and/or additives and (f) at least two basic nutrients or basic substances, which can be individually-customized, where the components are from the substance of the systemic product from the individually-customized vitamin-containing multi-component product, which must contain at least two components.
