A multilayer compound busbar and its manufacturing method, wherein, the busbar includes a conduct pole, a conduct plate, and a insulation plate; the insulation plate has an insulation edge extending out of the conduct plate, and rowed holes or slots which fix an insulation enhancer are provided on the edge; the positions of the rowed holes or slots are same on every layer of insulation plate; the insulation enhancer is engaged into the rowed holes or slots to fix all the insulation plates together, filled with structural adhesive in the structural strained point, and cast with insulation seal adhesive.
