SLEEPING SITUATION EVALUATION SYSTEM AND ITS PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeping situation evaluation system and its program for accurately evaluating a sleeping situation by using objective information such as heartbeat/body motion information in addition.

SOLUTION: The sleeping situation evaluation system is composed of a data input device 1 inputting data such as replies to subjective questions on sleep of an evaluated person, replies to a mental and physical state and behavior of last night and data such as personal data; a sensor 2 and a measured data processor 3 for acquiring data of heartbeat vibration intervals and data of body motion frequency reflecting the sleeping situation of the evaluated person; and a sleeping situation evaluation device 2 evaluating the sleeping situation of the evaluated person by adding evaluation from the input replies and personal data and evaluation based on the measured data in the measured data processor 3.
