The board (8) has LEDs (12) mounted at an upper edge of the board and radiate light in a direction of a base plate (1) of an illuminating device. The board is formed for fastening at the base plate in such a manner that the board extends perpendicular to a surface of the baseplate. A lower edge is formed for fastening at the baseplate by a fastening clamp (5) in a form-fitted and force-fitted manner. The LEDs are fastened at two opposite surfaces of the board.
