<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt adjustment mechanism reducing the relative tilt amount of a plurality of objective lenses and properly regulating luminous fluxes, an actuator for objective lens driving, and an optical pickup device. <P>SOLUTION: The optical pickup device includes first and second objective lenses 1 and 2, and a tilt adjustment mechanism 8 for adjusting the tilt of the second objective lens 2 so that both have the same tilt angle in an actuator 9 for objective lens driving. The tilt adjustment mechanism 8 is provided with an aperture 3 for fixing the second objective lens, and a lens holder 4 for fixing the aperture 3 from a slidable state for adjustment. The aperture 3 has, as a surface where the aperture 3 slides with respect to the lens holder 4, a slide surface 3S constituted of a primary point 2H of the second objective lens 2 or a part of a spherical surface around its vicinity.
