PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ventilation tower structure capable of restraining wind and rain from being diffused directly into a living room, even when the wind and rain come into a ventilation tower. SOLUTION: This ventilation tower structure 1 erected on a roof 2 of a building is provided with a ventilation tower main body 3 projected upwards from the roof 2, and a ventilation cylinder 4 projected upwards from the ventilation tower main body 3, a plurality of air holes 4b is formed along a circumferential direction of an outer circumferential wall 4a, on the outer circumferential wall 4a of the ventilation cylinder 4, and a sheet material 5 (50) for covering the plurality of air holes 4b is provided to be suspended from an upper edge of the outer circumferential wall 4a. The air in the building is thereby discharged from a lower end side of the sheet material via the air holes. When the wind and rain flows into the building, the wind and rain strikes a surface of the sheet material, and the sheet material acts as resistance to prevent the wind and rain from flowing into the building.
