A fixing jig for treating a surface of a dice is provided to maximize the reliability of a surface treatment process by using a simple method of inserting and clamping the dice. A fixing jig comprises a body(10) having upper and lower openings, and a space(12) in which a dice is installed. The body is formed with openings for the surface treatment of the dice, which are defined by a cover(20). A press fixing plate(15) is connected with one side of the body to rotate about a hinge(30). A press lever(40) installed at the body is locked with locking rings(16) formed at two ends of the press fixing plate. As the press lever rotates, the press fixing plate presses the dice such that the press fixing plate clamps the dice. An adhering pad(50) is attached to the bottom surface of the cover, an inner side of the press fixing plate, and an inner side of the body, which faces the inner side of the press fixing plate.
