A vessel dehydrator using infrared rays is provided to widely secure a dehydrating radius by controlling rotation, height, and angle of an infrared heater, thereby reducing a dehydrating time, uniformly dehydrating the vessel, and saving electric energy. A vessel dehydrator(1) using infrared rays includes a magnetic body, a fixing post(3), a first articulated unit(4), a slant control post(5), a second articulated unit(6), and an infrared heater(7). A magnet is movably mounted inside the magnet body. The magnetic body is attached and detached to a vessel body by having a handle to control movement of the magnet on a side outside thereof. The fixing post is detachably protruded and formed on an upper surface of the magnetic body. The first articulated unit is formed in a state of being connected to the fixing post. The slant control post is connected to an upper end of the fixing post by the first articulated unit such that rotation and slant thereof are controlled. The second articulated unit is formed in a state of being connected to an upper end of the slant control post. The infrared heater is connected to the upper end of the slant control post by the second articulated unit such that rotation and slant thereof are controlled.
