METHOD FOR REVEAL OF DNA OF VIRUS OF HORSE RHINO-PNEUMONIA OF I TYPE BY MEANS OF POLYMERASE CHAIN REACTION

摘要

Method for reveal of DNA of virus of horse rhino-pneumonia of I type by means of polymerase chain reaction includes reveal in samples under study of specific fragments of nucleic acid (DNA) of pathogenic organism by means of “cluster” version of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) – fermentative reaction and two pairs of artificially synthesized oligonucleotides (primers) that make it possible to copy many times specific sections of DNA of infection agents at given temperature and time parameters and number of cycles. To carry out “cluster” version of PCR one performs two stages of reaction with use for each stage of given pair of primers. For each stage one programs with same programs thermo-cycler that increases system of indication.
