A plastic bag having a stable binding structure is provided to enable a user to close the plastic bag easily, to enlarge receiving space, and to promote convenience in use. A plastic bag having a stable binding structure includes: a plastic bag material(20) having a cutting part(21) and an attached part(22) formed in turn, and received into a case(10) having an outlet(11a); the binding member(23) integrally formed to be protruded from both ends of the cutting part for closing an upper part of the cut plastic bag member(20'); and a binding string(30) to bind the plastic bag member. The case has a plastic bag material-receiving part(11) and a binding string-receiving part(12).
