发明名称 PREPARATION METHOD OF KAPOK FIBER HAVING FLAME RESISTANCE USING RADIATION
摘要 A method for manufacturing a flame-resistant kapok fiber is provided to produce a kapok fiber having a light weight, an excellent water-proof performance, an adiabatic effect, and a heat insulation effect. A flame-resistant kapok fiber is manufactured by treating a kapok fiber with radiation while the kapock fiber is inputted into a mixture liquid of ethanol or acetone and water, and then washing and drying the treated kapok fiber. A mixture ratio of ethanol or acetone to water is 3:7-7:3. The radiation is selected from a group consisting of gamma ray, proton beam, ion beam, and UV ray. The radiation has an intensity of 100-2000 kGy. Further, the flame-resistant kapok fiber is used as one material selected from a group consisting of tea bag for removing oil, oil paper for washing and oil filter.
