PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner diameter measuring device capable of adjusting properly an abutting position of a gage head on a measuring object even if a plurality of the gage heads are not interlocked precisely operatively, and removing dispersion of a measured value caused by difference of each individual feeling. SOLUTION: This inner diameter measuring device is characterized by being equipped with a pair of the gage heads 24 mutually approachable/separable on a measuring axis set in a prescribed direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of a body part 10, and a guide means 26 for guiding the measuring axis to a position agreeing with a diameter of the measuring object. The device also has a characteristic wherein the guide means 26 is equipped with a pair of guide heads 261 arranged symmetrically with respect to a face including the longitudinal direction of the body part 10 and the measuring axis, a connection shaft part 262 for connecting the pair of guide heads 261, and a sliding means 263 for sliding and moving the guide heads 261 and the connection shaft part 262 in the direction along the measuring axis.
