PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate seeing of a mechanism stored at the inside by closing an opening for drawing out a blind sheet from a storage part at a time other than the necessary time. SOLUTION: A roll shade part 22 for rolling-up the blind sheet 21 covering a window W of the vehicle is arranged at a clearance of a roof 2 and an interior panel 5 on an upper edge of the window W. A cover part 60 for closing this clearance is turnably mounted to an end at the window W side of the interior panel 5 by a hinge 61. The cover part 60 is always urged in a closure direction by a twisted spring 62 mounted to the hinge 61. When a slider 35 interlocked with a free end of the blind sheet 21 presses a cam surface 63a or a round surface 63b of the cover part 60, the cover part 60 is smoothly opened/operated in resistant to urging force of the twisted spring 62.
