PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary die cutter, simply forming a discharge passage connected to a hollow part of a die roll in an accurate position, and die-cutting rectangular rounded tags adjacent to each other. SOLUTION: A die roll 20 provided with a hollow part 25 is provided with a cutting blade 241 for cutting the corner parts of rectangular rounded tags adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction and in the lateral direction to punch regions surrounded by the corners of rectangular rounded tags adjacent to each other front and rear and right and left. A discharge passage 243 for guiding the punch waste punched by the cutting blade 241 to the hollow part 25 of the die roll 20 is formed on the die roll. A nest 24 for corner punching is fitted therein, and punch waste is removed through the discharge passage 243 for the nest 24 for corner punching and the hollow part 25 of the die roll 20.
