<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical holder, medical treatment apparatus and medical clip with high usefulness, operability, and convenience. <P>SOLUTION: A hanging-up clip 1 used for an endoscope executing internal treatment in accordance with external treatment, is provided with: a clip 10 for holding internal tissue in accordance with external operation; an engaging part 30 engaging with another clip different from the clip 10 and capable of holding internal tissue; and a connection part 20 connecting the clip 10 and the engaging part 30 by prescribed length and having force to pull the clip 10 and the engaging part 30 near.
