PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device and a write-in control method in which a seek time can be shortened and a read-out time of data can be decreased. SOLUTION: Data is read out from a HDD 25 storing data to be written in a disk drive 15, prioritization of write-in is performed by a CPU20, and write-in is performed so that data of higher priority is written in the more outer periphery of a disk.
