<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time required for write processing by preparing a next write command during standby for reply from a data carrier. <P>SOLUTION: When a write command in the data carrier is prepared, the write command is transferred to a command storage part. Then, wireless transmission of the write command stored in the command storage part is performed.
