<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make constant a distance from a plate for fixing to an ink ejection face. <P>SOLUTION: For manufacturing an inkjet head, first, a head body 13 and a reservoir unit 90 are formed. Next, an ultraviolet curing type resin is applied to a bottom face of the reservoir unit 90. Then, the head body 13 is placed on a plane 106a so that the plane 106a of a jig 105 and the ink ejection face 4a contact each other. While an ink reservoir of the reservoir unit 90 and an ink channel of a channel unit 4 are made to communicate with each other, the reservoir unit 90 is positioned to the head body 13 and the jig 105 so that longitudinal directional both ends of a reservoir base plate 92 and a top face 107a of a wall 107 are opposed to each other. The reservoir unit 90 is stacked on a top face of the channel unit 4 via the ultraviolet curing type resin. The ultraviolet curing type resin is hardened in a state while a bottom face of the reservoir base plate 92 and the top face 107a of the wall 107 are kept in contact with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
