PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate communication between devices in a region while suppressing interference with other device by confining the radio wave in a partial region. SOLUTION: Planar resonators are arranged two-dimensionally so that radio waves are made to propagate in the plane and a radio wave radiated from an external wireless device at an arbitrary position is taken into the plane, and the radio wave is taken out from an arbitrary position in the two-dimensional arrangement by approximating the reception antenna of the external wireless device. A resonator is formed of a conductive plate, and a plurality of resonators are arranged while being distributed one-dimensionally or two-dimensionally at a predetermined interval and wireless communications are performed by an electromagnetic wave through high frequency current coupling between the distributed resonators and high frequency current coupling between a resonator and an external communication element.
