<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive image forming composition having high sensitivity to an infrared region such as a semiconductor laser, a wide development latitude, high chemical resistance, and high scratch resistance; and to provide a positive photosensitive lithographic printing plate having high printing durability when heat treatment (burning) is carried out after development. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming composition comprises: (A) an acid-decomposable high molecular compound which is represented by the general formula (I) and produces a resin polymer having a phenolic hydroxyl group [polym-OH] and a decomposed silanol compound under the action of an acid; (B) a photoacid generator; (C) an infrared absorbent; (D) an alkali-soluble resin; and (E) a fluorous surfactant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
