<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide support information for safe vehicle driving according to information on points where vehicle collisions and hazardous conditions occurred in the past. <P>SOLUTION: A drive recorder 10 saves information on points where vehicle collisions and hazardous conditions occurred, and warns a vehicle driver when recognizing a vehicle approaching such a point based on a position signal from a GPS receiver 14 for detecting a current vehicle position.
