<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widely popularize charging stands by adopting an easy accounting method of a charging rate. <P>SOLUTION: The charging stand management system 1 is provided with a charging stand 3 and a management apparatus 6 for acquiring charging information for calculating a charging rate and the identification information of an electric bicycle 2 from the charging stand 3. The charging stand 3 is provided with an information acquisition means 11 for acquiring the identification information from the electric bicycle 2, a power supply means 12, a communication means 11, and a charging stand management means 17. The management apparatus 6 is provided with a user registration information storage means 21, a user authentication means 22, a rate calculation means 23, a user rate information storage means 25, a communication means 26, and a control means 28.
