PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating motor whose efficiency is improved by allowing a coolant to reach the peripheral face of a rotor even at rotation of the rotor, thereby enabling the rotor to be cooled. SOLUTION: The rotating motor 500 is equipped with a stator 501 which is made in tubular form, a rotatable shaft 108, a rotor 502 which is inserted into the stator 501 and is fixed to the rotating shaft 108, a discharge port 520a which discharges a coolant B toward the peripheral face of the rotor 502, a nozzle 504a which can jet out fluid A from the peripheral face 515 of the rotor 502, being made at the peripheral face of the rotor 502, an inlet 507a which sucks in the fluid A, and a communicating passage 530 which connects the inlet 507a with the nozzle 504a.
