The machine has an infusion chamber receiving a dose (9) e.g. metallic capsule, of product to be infused e.g. ground coffee. An extracting device (20) extracts the dose of infused product outside a receptacle after an infusion operation. The device has engaging units (21, 22) connected to a cover (6) to engage with an annular flange (9c) of the dose which projects with an opening of the receptacle of an infusion chamber and to drive the dose outside the receptacle by carrying out a movement directed along an opening direction (Z) of the cover.
