PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device for supporting a slide door wherein a rotation force is reinforced without changing a material of a resin cover and drop-out in an axial direction can be prevented. SOLUTION: The rolling bearing device for supporting the slide door consists of an inner ring 2, an outer ring 3, a rolling body train 5 and the resin cover 4 for tightly covering an outer circumference surface of the outer ring. Cover slip prevention surfaces Q for preventing the outer ring 3 and the resin cover 4 from slipping and relatively displacing around a rotation axis XO are formed as eccentric rotation body surfaces 32a, 32b around virtual axes X1, X2 parallel to the rotation axis XO and positioning away by a predetermined distance apart from the rotation axis XO.
