摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide synthesis method rapidly proceeding condensation reaction in an aqueous liquid compared with conventional technique and enabling the recovery of unreacted protected amino acid. <P>SOLUTION: The method for the synthesis of peptides uses an aqueous dispersion of protected amino acid and/or protected peptide having extremely small particle diameter taking notice of the particle diameter of protected amino acid and/or protected peptide to be used in peptide synthesis. Concretely, the peptide synthesis method comprises the condensation reaction of a protected amino acid and/or protected peptide obtained by protecting the N-terminal amino group of an amino acid and/or peptide with a protecting group, wherein the condensation reaction is carried out in an aqueous dispersion of the protected amino acid and/or protected peptide having an average particle diameter of 1-750 nm. The method has excellent condensation reaction rate of peptide as a peptide synthesis method in an aqueous liquid and the unreacted protected amino acid and/or peptide can easily be recovered and reused. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
