PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the damage resistance of a functional film stuck on a display panel across an adhesion layer having foreign matter resistance. SOLUTION: A display panel module which has the display panel, the functional film stuck on the display panel across the adhesion layer, and a driving circuit board which is connected to the display panel and drives the display panel is characterized that the adhesion layer is≥50μm thick and has the foreign matter resistance, and relevant expression of D<SB>S</SB><SP>3</SP>/D<SB>A</SB>≥20,000 is satisfied, where D<SB>A</SB>is the thickness of the adhesion layer and D<SB>S</SB>is the thickness of one transparent resin substrate or the thickest transparent resin substrate among a plurality of transparent resin substrates constituting the functional film.
