PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thick thermosetting resin decorative plate reduced in warpage. SOLUTION: A fabric or nonwoven fabric comprising an inorganic fiber is impregnated with a slurry, which contains a thermosetting resin and a polyether polyol, both of which are organic resin components, calcium carbonate and a silane coupling agent, and the impregnated fabric is dried to obtain a prepreg as a core layer. Decorative paper is impregnated with a resin liquid based on a thermosetting resin to be dried and the core layer is molded along with the dried resin liquid impregnated decorative paper under heating and pressure. The compounding ratio of the resin components and calcium carbonate is set to 1:2-20 as a solid component ratio and a plurality of hinds of the calcium carbonate components with an average particle size of 1-5μm are used. The compounding ratio of the resin components and the silane coupling agent is 1:0.01-0.5 as a solid component ratio and the content (%) of the slurry in the prepreg is set to 500-2,000% by a calculation method of [(weight after slurry impregnation)-(base material weight)/base material weight]×100.
