摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing circuit in an optical disk device, improving reproduction performance of a recording area and ID reading ratio of a header area. SOLUTION: The processing circuit of the optical disk device is provided with an AD converter 9, a PLL circuit 10 for synchronizing a data signal with a sampling clock of analog/digital conversion based on a signal obtained by the AD converter 9, a waveform equalizer circuit 11 for equalizing the waveform of the signal obtained by the AD converter 9, a first DC elimination circuit 13a for eliminating a DC component of the signal whose waveform has been equalized by the waveform equalizer circuit 11, a second DC elimination circuit 13b for eliminating the DC component of the signal whose waveform has been equalized by the waveform equalizer circuit 11, a switch b12b for switching output signals between the first and second DC elimination circuits 13a and 13b based on a switching signal and outputting the resulting signals, and a maximum likelihood decoding circuit 15 for applying maximum likelihood-decoding to the output signal of the switch b12b.
