PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective net device able to properly open desired surf living resources and the like by protecting young surf resources, feed living algae, fishes and the like from foreign enemies. SOLUTION: The protective net device has a proliferation unit 1 for growing or proliferating young livings of the surf living resources such as ear shells, sea urchins and the like, algae and the like, a pedestal 2 for supporting the proliferation unit 1, a pole-like member 3 installed to be upright to the pedestal 2, a protective net 5 positioned on the pole-like member 3 and able to cover the proliferation unit 1, a protective net attaching member 61 for attaching the lower end of the protective net 5 and a fixation position adjusting unit 62 able to move the fixation position of the protective net fixing member 61 in a predetermined dimension in upward and downward directions and is equipped with a space-forming means 6 able to form a space s having a predetermined size between the protective net 5 and the pedestal 2.
