PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic apparatus and a sound volume impression correction method in which a sound volume impression can be appropriately corrected. SOLUTION: An attack extraction section 230 generates attack sound data ATD being an attack portion in the sound output from a main sound output unit 130M. A delay section 240 then generates delay sound data DAD to which signal delay is applied to output the sound of the attack portion from a sub sound output unit 130S in a sound output timing determined by a positional relationship of a sound output position of the main sound output unit 130M, a sound output position of the sub sound output unit 130S and an attentional position of sound volume impression correction. A level control section 220S then controls a volume level of the delay sound data DAD while taking into account a detection result DNL of a noise level detection section 250 and generates sub output sound data SAD.
