PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a cap capable of preventing any injury of a finger during a work when the cap is detached from a mouth part of the container and used again. SOLUTION: The container with cap comprises the container 1, and the cap 21 screwed to the mouth part 4 of the container 1. A flexible ring plate 11 is fixed to a root of the mouth part 4, a rib 13 is formed at a predetermined part on an upper side of the flexible ring plate 11, and a tongue piece part 14 is formed on a part of an outer peripheral part corresponding to the rib forming part. A rib 25 to be engaged with the rib 13 of the flexible ring plate 11 is formed at an opening part of the cap 21. When a lid is closed, the ribs 13 and 25 are engaged with each other to lock the cap 21. When the lid is opened, the cap 21 is turned to disengage both projections 13 and 25 while the tongue piece part 14 being pressed downward. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
