PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for atomizing bactericide having a simple configuration and capable of rapidly, accurately, and stably executing adjustments including a variation in the amount of a bactericide to atomize. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a two-fluid nozzle 4 connected to a gas supplying path 11 and a fluid supplying path 10, an electroneumatic regulator 3 provided on the gas supplying path 11, and a control device 1 connected to the electropneumatic regulator 3 wherein the control device 1 transmits a control signal 1S to the electropneumatic regulator 3 so as to fall in a range set precedently depending on an object to atomize and controls a gas flow amount of the gas supplying path 11 by a set pressure according to the control signal 1S.
