A bearing device comprises a rolling bearing having an outer ring (11), an inner ring (12), and rolling elements (13) disposed between the rings; and a temperature sensor (TS) for measuring the temperature of the interior of the rolling bearing. The wiring from the temperature sensor extends to the outside through a through-hole (11d) formed in the component part of the bearing device. Therefore, handling of the wiring can be improved, and the temperature sensor can be disposed at a desired position and can measure the temperature of the bearing at a desired position. The temperature sensor can be made in a thin, flexible and small size, and therefore, the sensor can be assembled in any portion of the bearing, its response to temperature detection is excellent, and its temperature abnormality detecting performance can be improved. |
