PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition that gives a coating film having excellent adhesion and excellent surface appearance. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition comprises (A) a copolymer produced by polymerizing a monomer component comprising (a1) an alkyl (meth)acrylate and (a2) a compound having at least one of, respectively, an unsaturated double bond, a hydroxyl group and an aromatic ring and (B) a curable resin.
